Reefer Driver pay and benefits:
- $0.62-$0.72 per mile based on experience
- Average $80,000-$95,000 first year
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
- Average 2,800-3,200 miles per week
- Late-model Volvo and Freightliner with APUs
- Refrigerated trailer maintenance handled in shop

Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 6 months OTR experience
- Clean MVR
- Pass DOT physical and drug screen
- 21+ years of age
- No more than 2 moving violations in past 3 years
