MTA New York City Transit is hiring Transit Bus Drivers (Bus Operators) to safely transport passengers on assigned city bus routes throughout the five boroughs. Operate 40-foot and 60-foot articulated transit buses providing essential public transportation services to NYC residents and visitors.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate transit bus on assigned route
- Collect fares and provide passenger information
- Adhere to schedule and stop locations
- Provide accessible service for passengers with disabilities
- Communicate with dispatch and supervisors
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip bus inspections
Requirements:
- Valid Class B CDL with Passenger (P) endorsement (or willing to obtain through paid training)
- 21+ years of age
- Clean MVR
- Pass DOT physical, drug screen, and civil service background check
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
