Responsibilities

The CDL A position is a Route Delivery Driver position in which you will operate a Company motor vehicle to transfer freight safely and efficiently to and from specified locations by a specified time. The CDL-A Driver is responsible for driving a tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate local, over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, and overnight routes for the purpose of delivering and/or unloading food and food related products to customers in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Operate Class A tractor-trailer combinations safely
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Hand-lift and utilize two-wheeler, lift gate and/or other equipment to move and/or stack product cases/freight
- At the completion of the route, refuel the company truck, return to the warehouse, process returns, and complete the final paperwork
- Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD)
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- 2+ years of verifiable driving experience
- Clean MVR and pass DOT physical
- No more than 2 moving violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs throughout shift
