First Student is hiring School Bus Drivers to safely transport students to and from school and school-sponsored activities. Part-time and full-time positions available with split shifts (morning and afternoon routes). Paid CDL training provided for qualified candidates with no prior CDL experience.

Responsibilities:
- Safely transport students to and from school
- Maintain student discipline and safety on bus
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip bus inspections
- Maintain accurate route and student records
- Communicate with parents, school staff, and dispatch
Requirements:
- Valid Class B CDL with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements (or willing to obtain through paid training)
- 21+ years of age
- Clean MVR
- Pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
- Pass fingerprinting and child safety background check
- Patience and strong communication skills with children
